SMS Messaging Terms
By submitting your phone number through any form on FindNotary.io, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to your notary request. These messages may include:
- Notary contact information matching your request
- Confirmation that a notary has accepted your request
- Follow-up messages related to your notary connection
Message frequency: Typically 1-3 messages per request. No recurring marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

User Responsibilities
